Because mt case is opened, they are working on it! I was prepared to 10 months, and in 201 days they touched my case guys, I´m so so so so happy!

ohhhhhhh, thanks, I´m so so excited! I wasn´t expecting this, when we filed, I saw NSC processing times so so delayed that I was thinkign, well Victor, be prepared for June, late May approval! And wow, they touched my case in 6 months 1/2! 

Such a great news, my wife and parents in law are so happy too!

Yes, that was our GOD, that hear all my prays!

Now VJ timeline is showing that NOA2 will be on May, because they add 27 days (average) to their estimated NOA2, but that estimated NOA2 of April to them is not ok, because they already opened my case, not in April as the expectations of VJ (that´s a VJ timeline bug), I´m expeting NOA 2 on sometime in April.

The good thing is that NOW my case # is working, and the next change will be Response to RFE was received! Once we get that and send them what they want!

Yes we submit 5 photos, passport pages of the flights of my wife to see me, and other evidence etc, but I was perfectly prepared for RFE, result that we forgot to add the photocopy of our marriage certificatin, we only submit the translation, yes, dumb but mistake is like love, is in the air!

Hold right there, sending bonafide marriage IS NOT MANDATORY!

Don´t be scared, we sended because we wanted to!

But in the USCIS instructions doesn´t say that!

One of my VJ friends got she´s NOA2 without bonafide evidence (photos, etc)
