Talk to Tier 2. Put in a case service request, this means they will talk to Potomac, they should reply within 2 weeks to give you a case status. Most likely they will just simply reply "delayed due to Additional review" because it's christmas break time. I recommend if after Jan 7, you don't anything, then put in a Case Service Request via Tier 2 support. It's because it's a holidays, people take time off for vacation, it's slower around the christmas time.

Make sure to note down the Case Service Request # they should give you.

Also don't worry, I am April 26th PD, Texas, US Citizen, and I haven't been approved either. No worries ;)

yes, you're right! it could be delayed because of holidays. ik what you're going through, we're kind of in a same boat situation. good luck to you too getting your Approval soon. i'll make a query after holidays are over if i didn't hear anything from them.

Absolutely! I had called and spoken to a tier 2 officer just 2 weeks ago. And I was told that they are still working on Feb cases. Someone must have been reviewing my case at that time. So they usually don’t give correct information. They’re definitely working on May. You’ll get yours soon too :)

Thanks and congrats, but I doubt it. Put in service inquiry on the 8, got the “delays... 60 days... adjudication Officer” reply. Called today spoke to Tier 2 and was told to wait until Feb 8. 😒

I am LPR's Spouse. My husband had called and spoken to a tier 2 officer today. Officer told that i-130 filling for spouse by permanent residence was stopped 1 year due to election. And now they starts working on it. So the case status has not changed from last 14 months. We are may fillers, it's been 7 months. Our pd may 24 at California service center. Officer told that we have to wait another 5/7 months for the approval of i-130. How to wait 14 months for the approval of i-130!!! Feeling stressed. 😑😕
