Hi, thought I would start a thread for those who have a scan date in April - 2017 from the NVC.

Who should join/follow? Those who filed using Method 4: Mail processing.

Please do not join if you used the following methods.

- Method 1: Upload documents online using CEAC

- Method 2: Choice of processing; EMAIL

- Method 3: Upload documents online using CEAC required

We have a long way to go.. They're saying 11 weeks.. But have seen cases (mail processing) get done in 9 weeks..

When checking in, please provide at the top of your post the following:

NVC Scan Date: (this is the day in April-2017 that the NVC has confirmed via phone that they have received your supporting documents. A complete file is ready for review when the NVC has received your fees, supporting documents, and ds-260.)

CC: (date that you received a Case Complete)

Awesome, welcome to the thread. :) Thank you for joining.

So if you have a April 28th scan date, you should get a CC no later than Friday, 14 July 2017.

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for joining. :) If timing stays the same, applicants seem to be getting their CC's around 9-11 weeks.
