Wait. What is the exact expiry date on the I-129F form that you guys submitted? Is it version 12/23/2016 expiring 8/31/2018?

If they told you that your form is old, then you best gather all the latest updated forms for completion to resubmit.

Latest updated I-129F: https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

G-325A: https://www.uscis.gov/g-325a

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
