Embassy asked for ds 260 with madical

Hi 

i had interview little over a year ago.now embassy asked for ds260 and madical.why embassy asked for ds260 when we submitted it at nvc stage.(18 month ago around).all our information is same just wife use diffrent email id now.rest of everthing is same with new passport info as old one is expire.

please also tell how much time embassy will took to review ds 260 .do i have to go embassy for sign ds 260 confirmation page.as embassy stated in email (On receiving these items, we will schedule the applicant(s) for a personal appearnace at our office to electronically sign form DS-260.)

 please tell me after story submitting theses documents,

 thank you
