Just some questions:

1) Why some people receibe their NOA1 first than others sending packages to same USCIS Office..

2) My i-94 expired Nov 22. I sent my package Nov 19. It was delivered November 21. Am I out of status now? Can I have problem if something happen ex. driving.

3) Can I travel internally via air without EAD approved yet. Ex. I want to go to Las Vegas from Massachusetts on January. Any risk?

1. Probably because officers grab piles of applications and then go through them at a different pace, but until we have a person who actually worked there tell us why, we will never know

2. You have filed your application. Even if you were to be out of status for a while at this point it wouldn't matter. What do you mean if something happens ex. driving? If you mean insurance wise it depends if you're covered, if you mean immigration wise, traffic police don't care about your immigration status... (not at present at least, but Trump want's to change this).

3. Yes you can travel inside the country via air.

Hi guys we all have the same promblem. We sent our package last Novermber 13 2016 and then we didn't recieve any text, email from USCIS but my husband just check this morning they already got the money from the check, is it really possible? What should we do? Should we wait another week to call them. Im so worried.

If the check is cashed that's a good thing and that date will most likely be your NOA1 date once you receive the hard copies... Sometimes the receipt number will be on the check that was cashed, if you have a received a copy of it. Don't worry...this is a GOOD sign sometimes the notices just take some time and the e-/cell notices don't come..

Electronic draft of $1,070.00 for account XXXXXXX was deducted on 12/01/2016.

Mail received by lockbox: 11/15/2016

Check cashed: 12/01/2016

No e-notifications yet, though.

Glad to join NOV filers group, together, we are stronger! My AOS package was delivered on 23rd Nov and still waiting for email/Text notices, I was so worried about it but after reading your experiences, I feel better now, maybe being patient is a good way to get relief. Good luck to all of us!

November 21- Cashed check

November 21- emails and messages from USCIS with receipt number

November 29- notice of action (NOA) on the mail box (hard copy)

Now just waiting from fingerprints fee revived

I'm constantly checking for biometrics and ssn now!!! Like... I mean constantly.. lol it's difficult in another way, the wait being over here... yes we're together and that's the most important thing... but time moves soooo slow when you don't have a job!

I guess that's a lesser evil and I'm not complainin... lol wait yes I am...just a lil..

Queen, I'm starting to understand ur hubbyyyyy, but I'll try my very best not to stress my hubby out about it hahaha

Received 3 texts and 3 e-mails, one NOA1 e-notification for each form.

Status online is showing:

I-485 - Fingerprint fee was received

I-765 - Case was received

I-131 - Case was received

All of them "last updated" yesterday. I don't see anything about the expedite request I included with it, so I'm gonna call them ASAP and place a service request.
