The Op stated on the header that man was American, then stated he saw her in the car with a foreigner!! More likely it was a man from the Philippines, her bf or lover and they had all this arranged.

Isn't it possible for OP to check her i-94 to see if she did actually enter the country? Not sure how that works.

OP saw his fiance leaving with another person which means she did enter the country.

My fiancee arrived here yesterday. I waited for her but it's been one hour already that I was waiting for her and I got a text saying the immigration didn't let her in her flight going here. I was so upset but to go home because I can't wait to talk to her and ask what happened. When I was going back home I saw a car and I thought I was just imagining but no. I saw my fiancee in other car with another foreigner. What will I do? She came here because of me. Please help me because I am new to this. I just registered today because I found this site. Please help!!!!

I am so sorry for what had happened to you.

Here's what you can do:

1. You can call the USCIS and report the incident;

2. Cut all your ties with your opportunist EX-FIANCEE;

3. Do not ever marry her; and

4. MOVE ON.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but she will not be able to adjust her status from K1 visa to permanent resident if she doesn't marry her original petitioner.

If it was in fact her, yes. Sometimes you think you recognize someone when it was a completely different person.

I get the feeling OP didn't know his fiancé very well since he got tricked this bad? Or maybe she just played a hell of a good game, some people are masters at that.

It is a very common tactic.

It is very hard for single Filipina to get tourist visa to visit US.

So hook up a USC who willingly paid for all immigration expenses and flight tickets.

Then enter US and disappear.

I couldn't agree more.

As a single Filipina in my early 20s, I would not have obtained my 10-year multiple entry B1/B2 visa if I didn't go overseas for my tertiaryuniversity studies.

It is very clear that the OP has just been used for immigration purposes.

I can't believe after all the paperwork and still do this to you. It just unreal and bad. I am so sorry for what happened to you.

Call USCIS and see what info you have to do and report her. I feel bad when people be treated like that. If I were you I would make sure she be kicked out of US.

Just feel mad when this happened to people :/ Sorry

verify if it was really her that you saw or not. Contact her or any of her family to check her whereabouts. True, you may just have mistaken someone as her.

If she cannot be contacted, then you have a run away fiancee.

There are some of these cases around here but please, do not generalize people. There are more beautiful endings.

First of all condolences to the OP, very heartbreaking. What really raises a red flag for me is that she had the ability to text him when she was supposedly held by immigration, for a couple of reasons First her phone wouldn't automatically work here in the USA without getting a SIM from a company here. Second of all the message wouldn't have been sent so immediately, since you can't use your phone while going through the immigration lines. This leads me to believe someone texted him on her behalf. This whole situation reeks of a well planned out scam.

But wow.....you would think there were some warning signs. Even the most perfect scammer shows some red flags. SMH

Could of been by Messenger, Skype, Google Hangouts, or Viber. I'm pretty sure that the Airport gives free Wi-Fi so therefore she could have just signed onto it.

Now the thing I wondering about is. Why did the OP go home directly? Maybe she was joking to surprise him? Or maybe immigration did really refuse her?

I want to say thank you to all of you. It's confirmed that she landed. The girl I saw on that car and the clothes she was wearing to the last picture she sent me before her flight in manila were the same. All of your are right that the best thing to do is to move on. I just need to accept that she planned all this. I already reported her and talked to her family. I am so depressed right now and I need to make time for myself to move on. Again, thank you for all of you and God bless you all.
