List what all was submitted for the affidavit of support.

Was everything filled out correctly on the forms ?

I did not say appeal if he gets denied, I said you fix the issue and file again.

I mean we sent all required docs except for 2015 tax return and current income for 2016. If we send that will it be fine ? Cus they also said he doesn't make enough which he does and he doesn't have assets. And how would we fix the issue? Can I cancel the petition and file later?

We got an RFE and afraid we cannot provide the docs they want at this time. Is there any way I could cancel the AOS and file again later? I'm so scared for my husband to be denied if we don't get those docs and I'm having a baby in 2 months.

The joint sponsor tax return and also his assets, he doesn't have any assets and not sure if we can get another joint sponsor . Also I just saw that I make just enough to meet the poverty guideline as I just got a raise in work.

so they want the 2015 tax return then since the 2016 tax return isnt relevant till april 2017

I thought you do have the joint sponsor's 2015 tax return ?

He will not need assets, you said he makes over the poverty line. It is a generalized RFE talking about assets but not needed

if as you said before he meets the poverty line.

What are you talking about canceling AOS when you said he filed taxes and makes enough in your other post.

Send the joint sponsor's 2015 tax return and pay stubs (at least 6) and employer letter.

You did not send this before and it is required.

Sending this will satisfy the RFE, no need to cancel. Forget the asset stuff in the letter. They said he doesn't make enough

in their RFE because you did not send evidence to prove it. Simple fix.

Ok I didn't know that it was generalized and they wouldn't need his assets that's why I was talking about it

OK, send the stuff I mentioned and problem fixed. Google employer letter in the VJ search bar and follow the outline.

Then you need to find that out or make sure you have had your income at the level for several months with pay stub evidence

and employer letter.
