The consular ask me about 4 questions and just told me my application has been revorke and he is sending it back to USA.but later I reliaze.my current passport indicate the I have a previous passport that I have travel with but have been cancelled. So the consular ask me have I travel before aNd I seid no.but I was thinking he was asking on the new passport if I have travel with it.so I think that might be my denial of my visa.any advice

Yes, that could very well be the reason for the denial, as (to them) you lied, and they will wonder what else you may be lying about.

Where you given a paper with anything checked on it? And out of the four questions was that the only question you think he may have denied you on?

Sounds like that is the reason or part of the reason for your case to be returned to USCIS.
USCIS will send your petitioner a NOID/NOIR letter to which she has to respond to and if her explanation of your confusion satisfies

USCIS then they will send it back to the embassy with recommendation to approve.
This return and reaffirmation process can take a whole year or longer.
If USCIS decides to deny the petition after they review it then your petitioner will also receive the denial letter.

Why would you think they only meant on this passport when they ask if youve traveled before?

You lied, so they sent the I-130 back. The petitioner can respond to the NOIR or NOID if they recieve one.

It depends. I hope you did not respond "NO" to the question "Have you travelleld to US before?" on DS260. Once your petitioner gets the notice from USCIS, you two will have a chance to respond to USCIS with necessary justification. You could explain that during interview you thought the CO was asking the travel on new passport and so you said NO, but if you marked NO on DS260, i am not sure how you can justify that.

You will get a letter of revokation as another memeber did on here

i wrote on this subject under CR 1 forum

she recevied a letter of revokation quite intensive saying she had 30 days to send in proof as to the issues addressed. the reasons seem to be ambiguous and difficult to answer.

A permantent revokation can not be appealed as the 2012 new rule states

The new rule further notes that reconsideration of revocations will no longer be allowed.

Your recourse seems to be to reapply and be ready to address the statements coming in the revokation letter

Can I ask where were the other countries you have visited? Can't believe you made such a big era. Did you live in any other countries 1 year or more.

Damn this was a mistake that could have been prevented. Now another whole year or more to sit and kick your behind. It's too bad most Ghanaians feel intimidated by the COs. It's ok to ask for clarification if you don't understand what they ask you in interviews.
