A lot of you are getting anxious about stuff in the mail and that's normal.  Let me show you something that I use which is quite useful to preview mail coming to me.

https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action

 

With informed delivery I get a photo of most of my legit mail the day or following day after it has been posted with the condition that it meets this criteria,

 " * Images are only provided for letter-sized mail pieces that are processed through USPS' automated equipment."

 

This way I know many days in advance and may help some of your anxiety.  Beware, the USPS tracking + informed delivery feature is quite annoying if you have a lot of letters and packages coming your way. It takes a day or few to activate once you sign up.

Thank you...yes finally got approved after 15 months of initial application...seems like a huge burden for lifted off my head...Good luck to everyone out there

How many people here have been asked to go to a second Biometrics appointment? I don't recall any, but I could have missed some. CSC is behind by 15 months, so asking all of those applicants to retake fingerprints alongside new applicants seems a bit overwhelming to the system. I have no idea though

I know a family friend (Divorce waiver case) who had his case pending since March last year and he received a notice to get his biometrics done before they could process his case any further..I posted a link from the USCIS website that I came across while researching since I filed in July last year, but it was more specific to Naturalization procedures(which is odd)You can choose to completely ignore the post..no worries:)
