you won't be denied for that, having HIV or AIDS does not ban you from getting a GC, they took it off the list a long time ago

i see. good to hear that. my friend is being paranoid that he may have hiv since he had multiple partners and all of them are unprotected but according to him all are clean because they are nurses..lol

i know. i am a nurse too and i keep on telling him to get tested. if he is concerned about confidentiality then do the home test kit which is available online and in mercury drug. anyways he is just concern about the visa denial. his interview is on august first week.
