My Online status now has a new entry under Next Steps:

As of June 6, 2016, your request to have your Employment Authorization Document resent to you, referral number WKDXXXXXXXXXXXXMSC, is currently not assigned for processing.

I will keep you posted as to what changes happen next.

What does it mean not assigned for processing?

I called the uscis today but the machine basically told me to wait after 30 days, which would be on the 10th.

Yes I talked to second level support. I found out awhile ago that the people that are first level are not actual UCSIS reps it's a call Center of contract people and they only have access to what we see and standard answers. If you ask for 2nd Level they will escalate the call.

I get a lot more info from 2nd Level as mention in a previous post.

So I will wait and see what happens in the next week.

I called USCIS this afternoon and I asked them transfer to tier2 and IVR mentioned me only call back was available and received a call back after 1 hour and officer told me "card will take upto 60 days from the day it got approved if you dont receive give us a call back meanwhile i will open service request and send you an approval notice"

Did you receive an I-797 in the mail regarding your EAD?

I did not and that's what I told the rep this and he did some looking and noticed the issues with the Print stuff I said previously.

Nope i didnt receive my i797 approval notice yet.! I wanted to know the timeframe when will my card arrive on mail but the officer told me it might take 60 days for now we can send approval notice.

Are we able to work only using the approval notice? Do you think we will get an all clear at the e-verify? I already have SSN, and already have a job honestly. I has to put my job on hold because my opt expired last month and my EAD didn't arrive yet. I was wondering if the approval notice should be enough to get back on my payroll. Although I did not even get approved yet lol Just my anxiety talking.

Not sure on that but the company that wants to hire me, said of you can show something that shows you are approved with the date of approval while you wait for the papers it's good enough for them. So if I can get my hands on a NOTICE OF ACTION and it says approved that's good for me.

Its listed under "Next Steps" and it does does but that won't go away as its dated on Monday and has the reference number the 2nd level support person gave me in case I had to call back.

My Card arrived in the mail today.

It is a combo card that includes my Advanced Parole Travel document.

Next up is waiting for my interview for My AOS.
