On May 16, 2016, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Our California Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What does it mean? Denied/Approved or i must wait till they make a decision? Why they stated No time to response back?

Any Help please?

It is not a denial or approval. It is exactly what it says. They have received your response to the RFE you were sent, and they will now begin processing your petition again. You will receive a notice when they make a decision, and it will clearly state whether it was approved or denied at that time.

It just means that they got your evidence. It wasn't approved or denied.

Hello,

what do you mean about very good news? have you had the same REF Response like mine?

You got RFE from your own guilt, no one else to blame.and yes are extremely good news. Some other peoples are waiting many months for a RFE ! ;)

But why they did not stated any time frame to response back

isn't suppose to be time to make A decision ?

The USCIS doesn't give absolute time frames....just know that they're working on your case! (:

How long does it take USCIS To Adjudicate such Case?

My REF Was

Last meeting.

Circumstance of meeting.

Letter of intent to Marry.

I sent them the following stuff.

2 letters of intent, my fiance has signed one with blue ink and shipped it back from Lebanon to U.S with libonpost and receipt

few pages of my passport included biographic page also pages with stamps and date of my entry to Lebanon on Jaunray 2016 and also we we first met August 2015 ( i did not highlight the stamps :(

Boarding passes from last visit Jaunray 2016 till march 4th 3 pages of each month with different dates. and also text and calls from the first time we start talking back in August 2015.

10 pages of whats-app chat/calls and Viber as well.

pictures of us together with dates from Facebook.

pictures of our engagement party alone and with family as well,

letter of how we met first time.

about one page and half.

its dated and singed by me.

tickets with date,

did i miss anything?

and advise from people who had similar REF?
