Sent my i129f to Dallas around 1pm today. Created a timeline too.

Looks like the average is 3 months wait right? The fiancée is set on being back here before Christmas.

BTW, I was the one who created a thread 4 or so months ago that got locked because of the way I asked the question. Hint: it was about AOS and getting married instead of a k1.

Kinda glad we went the k1 route.

A work permit is called an EAD. You can apply for an EAD as soon as you enter BUT it will only be good until the 90 days from your arrival and since it takes 60-90 days to get the card it is pointless

That dose not apply to k1 visas but to spousal visas your interview will be booked via your embassy not NVC.

Roughly it would be 3 ,moths but it could take longer it all depends

And also update your file info. It say naturalization approved when it's suppose to be K1 pending just so you get better advise

Technically, I am a naturalized citizen LoL.

Also, she's German, I'm Filipino.

I think I messed up on the address... When I found out 2 day was just a few dollars, I used it... With the non express mail address. Oh well. I knew I was going to do something wrong LoL.

Typical USPS tracking is broken...

Im hoping for a not-too-long wait time. Monday will make two weeks she's been gone. Hoping shed be back before Christmas.

Please update your timeline peoples... you will get an estimate about how long will take to get your NOA2 and also will help others aswell.

P.S. all I-129F petitions are processed ONLY by California (CSC).

Mailed my packet on the 10th, got the email last night that they received it and it's being forwarded to California. I'm keeping all of my fingers crossed for three months!

Our Package just delivered to USCIS Lewisville Texas

To get a more accurate timeline you will need to change your service center to the California one. The k1's are only being done in California at this time. All lewisville did was receive it. It will be processed in cali tho.
