F 4 visa. Pls help

Hi everybody!

I am doing the F4 visa for my sister this year and my concern is that my niece is 10 year old now and I know F 4 visa can, take from 10 to 13 years for them to get here. So my niece could be 20 to 23 year old by then. My question is,will my niece still be able to come here with my sister ? If she can't come here what could I do to help them come here together? Thanks you very much

The time line for an f4 is currently 13 year for those tat filed 13 years ago. For someone who files now the line is most likely 20 year.little chance for the girl to still be a cjild

There is no way to know if your niece will age out or not when your sister's PD becomes current. If her CSPA age is over 21, your niece will not be able to immigrate with your sister.

There is nothing you can do to help them immigrate together if your niece ages out.

While it's hard for the OP to visualize something so far in the future, you can easily see her niece being married with children by then.

The hubris that you can see 13 years ahead but others can't is just incredible.
