Yes, it looks like you have gone straight to approval without an interview.

Please fill in your timeline - there is no information in yours regarding when you filed your I-485/ AOS. The stats will help VJ statistics and also others to get an idea of how long the process takes.

I'm in a same sex relationship. Our K1/ I-129F application was being processed prior to the June 2015 Supreme Court ruling that allowed same sex marriage in all 50 states. Before that ruling, not all states recognised or allowed same sex marriages to be carried out. My partner was living in Ohio, which at the time we filed for a K1, Ohio did NOT allow same sex marriage. USCIS wanted to make sure we were going to marry in a state that DID allow same sex marriage, hence the RFE (even though we could marry in a state that allowed same sex marriage and still live in a state that didn't). The thing is, there was nothing in the K1 paperwork that asked where the petitioner and beneficiary planned to marry, and we'd already planned to marry in West Virginia anyway that did allow same sex marriages.

Thankfully, since the 2015 Supreme Court ruling no-one else will ever get an RFE again asking in which state they plan to marry.
