Re-submitting form to embassy, no link in online application?

I have to re-submit the i-864 because I didn't realise I needed to provide the original not a copy. I have the original now and the instructions state:

"sign in to your account at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb click on the link 'print instructions' and then 'View Courier-in Receipt' at the bottom of the page and print the Courier-In Authorization Certificate."

The problem is that second courier link is not there?! And I can't for the life of me find any relevant contanct details to get this sorted, can anyone help? I'm doing DCF London Embassy IR1 Spouse VISA.

Cheers

Have you already interviewed and they are waiting on the original before they can approve? Trying to figure out where you are since you didn't make a timeline.

This post lists all the courier depot phone numbers. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide-do-not-post-questions-in-thread/?p=6978899

. Maybe you can call your closest one and talk to a live person saying you need to schedule a pickup for documents to the American Embassy. I recall several who took theirs to a depot and sorted it as well. Depends on if there is one close to you.

I don't know how the online works, but I notice your link took me to the blue Nonimmigrant page. You need the green page for Immigrant. Look on the right toward the bottom and there is IV and NIV buttons. You need IV.

Nick to the rescue again! I have had my interview already and I did call the courier last week which really helped. The embassy hadn't added the link I needed to activate the process, I should have the link in a day or two.

Thank you so much again!
