Useful list. Where did you get it?

I copied it from a PDF file, it should be from a Houston attorney's website, but ?I forgot which website I got it :(

I found it!

This is on the American Immigration Lawyer's Association Texas website.

http://www.ailatexas.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/AILA-LIAISON-DECEMBER-2015.pdf

This isn't a USCIS page, but the law office probably got it directly from USCIS.

Future applicants can check this law office's website in future years to see if they update this list every year.

I just used the Search tool on their website and searched for "ceremony" and found this document.

Beaumont applicants fall under the Houston office for the interview, but it looks like some Beaumont applicants get scheduled for ceremonies in Beaumont... I know that some have to come to Houston for the ceremony.

Hello,

I completed and passed my interview on 03/09/16. I received notification on 03/16/16 says that "We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number *********** , with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony." As of right now, still no letter in the mail yet. I wonder if I'll make the 03/30/16 Ceremony... :clock:

Hello,

I completed and passed my interview on 03/09/16. I received notification on 03/16/16 says that "

We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number ***********

, with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony." As of right now, still no letter in the mail yet. I wonder if I'll make the 03/30/16 Ceremony... :clock:

Your update means that you are now on the list to have your oath scheduled. It does not mean that your ceremony has actually been scheduled yet.

What's supposed to happen now is that they will update your status again to say that you have been scheduled for a ceremony, then they will mail a letter with the date.

So you've still got one more step to go before you get the letter.

The inline update you got means that the "recommendation for approval" you got at the interview has been finally approved.

So that's the way it's supposed to work, but sometimes people don't get the "oath scheduled" update, so the letter may just show up.

They don't give you as much notice for the oath as they do for the interview, so even at this late stage you may still make the March ceremony, although if you status is correct and you're only inline for oath scheduling, then April is more likely.

Well, I will keep praying then :) . Thank you for the input, Jimmy.
