I thought each individuals were to be judge by their own merit, not clumped together. This would include cops, because I think in general most cops are good.

i agree, however i think that we have to remember that police departments employ humans and just like any other profession..humans are not equal in all tasks. if police departments and communities default to 'i stand with the blue' whenever a bad cop emerges..the bad cops go unchecked.

Well, considering that most white male shooters go on killing sprees and are taken alive, while there have been plenty of black men and women shot for just existing(look up the most current one, guy shot in the hallway, in the dark, and unarmed) I'd say you don't have to worry.

There's bad apples everywhere....Unfortunately I don't see as big an outcry when an innocent cop doing his job is killed by some punk..Sorry but I tend to be more on the good side.

Now that she basically has it rapped up there won't bemuch more badmouthing from the left press on Clinton but it was fun to see it for that short time.

I won't vote for Trump - Though I can't deny there is a part of me that would like someone like that sitting across from the Chinese and Russians at a negotiating table.. I am going to enjoy watching both the left and right press go bonkers trying to convince the public how stupid they are for voting for this man. And! The republican party is going to pop like a big pimple before our very eyes...

I think that's because when a punk kills a cop, they don't get acquitted. You know, they don't get to say they feared for their lives and start shooing. They don't get to say it was an accident. They go straight to jail, no questions asked. So I think the comparison is a bit skewed yes?

Trump wants to get rid of the EPA. THis is....a terrible idea. China is s great example of what businesses do to the environment when you do not control them.

The US is still the second biggest manufacturer in the world, but it focuses more heavily on complex products (eg not clothing). The US has a massive trade deficit with China; that is net money entering China. It absolutely needs the us and in a big way.

The US has moved from a manufacturing based and production based economy to a service based economy and that is just not a good thing. There was a huge shift several decades ago to service based, and then to real estate. It is a big part of the problem and the crises in the last decade and a half as well as the one that is coming.
