We still have no NOA2 or RFE, and we still can't check our status on the USCIS webpage. I have a feeling this won't end well.

Have they given you any indication of what you can do? I mean, they had your case hence the NOA1, so it has been lost in the process, theoretically you should be issued with an RFE for all evidence, which would be the long way round, or ask you to refile? It's an unusual one, have you found anything similar on here at all?

UPDATE................ We received our NOA2 today 3/3/16 with a Notice date of 2/26/16

slimbolina: No, when we call they can't tell us anything. So I have no idea when or if they'll send us a message of some sort telling us they can't find our petition, I sure hope they do if it is in fact missing, so we can redo it all soon instead of having to wait for a very long time for no reason. We can only put in an inquiry after 6 months, so if it's missing I assume we won't know until 6 months or more from now.

Hi guys I have a question, my status still say that they are going to Mail us a decision or let us know if they need something else, my question is, that status change went they approve the I129F to something else or they send a letter by Mail? I've been waiting 12 days already since they receive our RFE

We received our hard copy RFE in the mail today and all it was (annoyingly), we didn't print our names on the back of our photos that we submitted with our application. New ones heading back out today!!

Thanks! By the way, from what I understand you will be updated on your case as and when they've had a chance to look at it and make a decision. Have you created an account on the USCIS website? You can check it from there yourself plus you can add to have email and text updates too. They will update it regardless of their decision and IF it is denied (but we don't think like that, we are all getting approved!!), I believe they write to the petitioner to inform them of the decision and why. But, you WILL get a response soon, I'm sure it won't be long.

I'm praying the lord for that every single day, my fiancé which is the petitioner she wrote on the package her email address and phone number and she receive the first time the notification with the NOA1 and the RFE, but she never sign

Up at the USCIS website, she needs to do that in order to see all the updates? Because the last update that I see in the app is that they receive our REF info on feb 17 and they are going to start working again with our case and let us know a decision or request more information if they need it, so at this point I don't know what to think, I hope that everything is doing fine, we have 3 months already waiting since we start the process

Ha, I know!! Goes to show you have to do exactly what they want you to do. Thank goodness they give you a second chance to sort it out, would hate to be denied based on that.

Denied? Hmm,I think that would more likely warrant an RFE. Our photos that we just had to send in had to be 2x2 with approximately 1" from chin to top of head. Let's hope we got it bang on, don't want to get the RFE wrong! Edited March 4, 2016 by slimbolina

Apparently they got RFE, and still sent the wrong thing..

Who knows, may be something more to it.

Also; I think I've just noticed a question we missed about, have they ever visited the US? Though I honestly can't remember if we ticked it...

I think we saw the bit about previous spouse and skimmed it. But I can't recall if we noticed number 15.

So I'm now expecting a RFE

My fiancé just spoke with USCIS CSC and they say that our case are doing good so far and that we don't need to worry about it, and that we have to wait 60 days from the day they receive our RFE, so I guess we need to keep waiting until Apr 17? for a new update!
