Read carefully again. Is NVC asking you to send it to them with a cover sheet they provided or does it say to bring it to the embassy on the interview day?

Question: I am assuming a CERTIFICATE OF CONDUCT is a Police certificate. Is that correct?

They made a mistake it should not had been send out! I called them they have my certificate of conduct and they shipped everything out today to my embassy, so nothing to worry about aslong as i bring it to the ambassy the original one haha

April 17 2015 send I-130

April 22 2015 recieved I-130 vermont

april 28 2015 noa 1 in the mail

September 21 2015 transffered from vermont to california

October 05 2015 I-130 approved at california

october 09 2015 noa 2 in the mail

October 21 2015 case recieved at nvc

December 9 2015 all mail at nvc

January 16 2016 case completed at nvc

Hello guys!

Hope you can help me.

What happens after we have CC at NVC - how does embassy get to know that they need to schedule an interview? I mean - should NVC notify embassy that some case was completed?

After CC you are in the interview queue. The embassy has nothing to do with it. The embassy sends the calendar month being scheduled and the slots available each day of the Visa Categories to schedule.

According to Case Complete date (FIFO) they start plugging in cases until they either run out of slots or run out of cases. Once scheduled NVC sends you the Interview Letter (P4).

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

So I am getting some of our documents ready in anticipation of my husbands interview. For all travel receipts, cards, phone chats etc, do you also need to make copies of them as well so we have 2 sets or just bring what we have and not bother making copies of that stuff? Of course everything the embassy asks for birth cert, marriage license etc we will have originals and copies.

No need to make extra copies if they need a copy they will make one.

Have him take transcripts. They prefer transcripts more than tax returns.

Hi Frankjavir,

So just to tell you that US embassy in New Delhi is very good for scheduling Visa interview below are cases where they never took more than 10 days: Usually both New Delhi and Mumbai are not that bad in scheduling. The people where you say huge delay are F2A and other immigrant visa type cases that depends upon case being current and availability of visa for those cases.

12-07-2015 Received 2 emails with Welcome Letters for my wife and I, they were sent by ASKnvc@state.gov

12-07-2015 AOS bill became available and I paid it.

12-08-2015 DS-261 reviewed on phone.

12-09-2015 Mailed AOS and IV packages.

12-10-2015 AOS fees appeared Paid.

12-10-2015 AOS and IV packages received.(30 days Email Received on 12-12-2015 - Scan Date 12-10-2015)

12-10-2015 IV bill available and Paid.

12-14-2015 IV fees appeared Paid.

12-15-2015 DS-260 available and completed and submitted.

Does anyone have any feedback/experience with the Trinidad embassy? Can't find any reviews!!!

MY suggest is to seek out others from your country that had interviews previously. Look at the spreadsheet see if you find any. PM them.

Your country man no one has timelines or does reviews. Sad. :protest:

Whatever you submitted to NVC. I don;t know your embassy or your situation It's a case by case thing. W2's for 2015 I would definitely have since taxes aren't filed yet. That shows salary.

I am abt to send the documents to beneficiary today or Tomo but I have not gotten my w2 as yet. What should I do?

Called today and they havent schedule our interview yet. I guess it takes quite some time to obtain an interview date at the US Embassy in Paris

[spoiler]Green card I-130:Wedding date January 16th,2015 I-130 sent: May 5th,2015 NOA1: May 7th, 2015 NOA2: October 23rd,2015 Sent to NVC Nov 3rd, 2015 Received at NVC on the November 9th,2015 NVC sent letter with Case number on December 2nd,2015 DS-261 on December 07th, 2015 Paid AOS fee on December 07th,2015 Paid IV fee on December 12th, 2015 Sent AOS and IV package on December 17th, 2015 Form Ds 260 submitted on December 21, 2015. (Delay due to Ds261 showing incomplete had to resubmit) Scan date: December 21st, 2015 Case complete: January 29th, 2016 Medical examination: March 4th, 2016 Interview: March 17th, 2016 at US Embassy in Paris - Approved ! March 18th, 2016 - CEAC shows visa ISSUED March 24th, 2016 - Visa received this morning Paid ELIS $165 fee + book flight on MArch 24th, 2016 POE Chicago on April 13th, 2016  Received green card on June 8th, 2016[/spoiler][/spoiler]

 

Removing condition I-751:

Submission: 2/1/2018

NOA 1 Received: 2/5/2018

Biometrics: 5/25/2018

18 month extension letter: 8/20/2018

RFE: 2/3/2019

I noticed! Couldn't find a single review!

Hubby is at his medical as I type. I'm starting to get nervous about the upcoming interview. Hope all goes well!

I have the same question? for the financial evidence, are suppose to take i-864, tax transcripts and new hire letter?(i have not recieve my 2015 W-2 yet? please help!
