Why is Dr so slow in giving dates for interview has anyone got a interview date for DR

hello ... I 'm from Dominican Republic I'm waiting for the interview ... I call every day and always they say no, not yet. i completed my case in january 29 2016

That is why it is always encouraged here to submit tax transcripts but don't worry you should be able to order the W2 form online.

Most Embassy´s are done for the next 14 days giving out dates.

So you may have to wait a bit longer.

I think I will file my 2015 tax return b4 interview

Question I have is that this year I have 1099 too so can I fill i834 instead of EZ and take it to interview ?

My case was sent to New Delhi, India embassy let's prepare for the interview bye bye NVC.... Best of luck to everybody who is either waiting for date or is in process......

I want to thank especially to Frankjivir, Sorenhelmer and our beloved queen Dwheels...... I will be in India on March 1st and will return with my wife and start our life..... People here on this forum are very supportive and I learned a lot about this process. I will post my interview review when I am done......now let's party ????

When did it change to "IN TRANSIT", did you track it with DHL?

When did it change to "IN TRANSIT", did you track it with DHL?

My case got expadatied so the embassy is seting up my interview when they get my case

Hey Soeren your status changed to "IN TRANSIT" this afternoon.

But I did not see a waybill with today's date, the last one left yesterday, so that means your package leaves Tuesday, (Monday is President's day)

Absolutely: 2 things

1) I didn't include pages 11 and 12 in the AOS even though they didn't pertain to me because I wasn't using a joint-sponsor. I must resubmit my entire AOS form.

2)They are asking me to submit my 2014 w2 - the website(http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Step_4_Collect_Financial_Documents.html) says "If you cannot obtain an IRS tax transcript: If you are unable to obtain an IRS tax transcript, submit a photocopy of your IRS Federal Income Tax Returns and Form(s) W-2 or schedule(s) from the most recent tax year." However I DID submit IRS tax transcripts for 2014, 2013, and 2012. If i had been asked to submit the w2 I would've done so in the first place. I called to ask why i'm being asked to submit and the guy on the phone was unable to tell me.

A waste of 40 days

sorry to hear abt ur checklist but that was a great mistake u made my not concluding page 11 and 12.
