I am hoping to get my packet out the door next week. I complied the following. Is there anything(including attachment) that I am missing? Any help will be appreciated. Thanx

- check1070 (AOS Fee $985 + Biometrics Fee $85)

- G-1145 E-Notification

- Form I-485 (ANY MISSING ATTACHMENTS????)

- Form G-325A (Applicant)

- Form G-325A (USC Spouse)

- 2 US Passport Style Photos

- Copy of Passport biographic stamps and K1 Visa 1-94

- Copy of NVC letter for the original I-129F Petition

- Form I-864, (ANY MISSING ATTACHMENTS????Does this require any explanation of us spouse financial obligations?)

It would help if you said what visa you were adjusting from. The requirements are different for each visa.

The OP's timeline indicates K1, with the visa interview in Armenia, and immigrating from Canada.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
