Judge, jury and executioner, just wrong. The guy calmly popped him and was big enough he could have taken him down.

Why no protests?

Because as a whole, this country doesn't think police brutality is a problem.

Probably right but, would the color of his skin change the response?

Granted, dirtbag DUI threatening others lives, killed his wife but just flat out shooting him as he crawled from the wreckage. Sure there are some really bad cops out there but, I bet there are a helluva lot more good ones. How they don't prosecute this guy is beyond me.

See, the perp had a weapon - a car - and he was drunk (higher percentage of traffic accident to kill other humans)...

so - whaddya think the judge will do to the police man?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

There have protests with hundreds of protesters but the national media is mostly ignoring it - maybe the video will make it sensational enough that it swirls into something which will draw out the attention seeking protester types and give it some new life.

Why nothing before? The protesters describe it as a guy crawling out of an accident being shot - it was actually a drunk driver running from the police who lost control of his truck and killed his own wife. Hard to build a story for sympathy for the guy. That and the fact that both people in the story are the same race probably didn't push it over the sensational-o-meter for the major media until now.

I think so, because POC tend to see each other in these cases. We know it doesn't matter if you're a neurosurgeon or a thug, you can be reduced to the latter by your skin color alone. That's why we march. The only reason why Chicago hasn't had a protest is because they paid the family 5 million dollars in advance. They knew it was coming, which makes me even more disgusted.

I shouldn't be scared of the folks paid to protect and serve the people. As we've been seeing all year, the police can beat/kill you with video evidence proving your innocence and still get acquitted.

Agreed, probably be viewed as "judicial economy".
