I-485 K1 questions (split thread)

Congratulation !

I am just applying for my I-485 based K1 , does any body know

1- Shall we submit our different photos, joint account, joint health insurance , etc as the evidence of good faith marriage along with our i-485 application to the USCIS in wish of being proactive and avoid RFE or getting approval without being needed to attend to the interview which is time consuming ?

2- Shall the petitioner submit G-325a too for I-485 ?

3- All my medical examination and vaccination reports are with original package which I did deliver to the officer at the port of entry , what shall i submit with my I-485 for the same ? (I have completed all medical examination and vaccination during my visa process less than a year and submitted to the embassy )

1. No need. They only need the marriage certificate.

2. No - only the applicant

3. You should have a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination worksheet) to include in your I-485 package.
