Welcome to VJ!

Which visa are you applying for?

Eighteen years in the US and I still don't understand Velveeta, TV ads for prescription drugs, only getting 2 weeks paid vacation, or why anyone believes anything they see on Fox "News".

Okay, gotcha - you're the USC petitioner filing for a CR-1/IR-1 visa for your husband.

The VJ information for the US embassy in Kingston indicates that the approximate waiting time for a CR-1/IR-1 interview in Kingston is 160-190 days from when the consulate receives the packet from the NVC.

Here's a discussion of current CR-1 interview scheduling issues at Kingston.

I'm going to move your post to that forum because you're more likely to get useful responses there :)

- Moved from Introducing Our Members to National Visa Center (Dept Of State) - question is about that stage of the CR-1 process -
