I still haven't received any texts, emails, or letters since my Biometrics appointment letter. I have checked my case status and it hasn't been updated since Nov 10th for the I-130, and Nov 17th for the I-485 about receiving finger print fee. ?

Has anyone else's case been updated or not?

Will they mail a letter about interview update?

When they decide the day of interview,they will mail or text/emails.

But I'm not sure.

My case was updated,but I haven't gotten anything received.

11/27/2015 received NOA 4letters

12/7/2015 received biometrics appointment letter(app12/15/2015)

12/15/2015 taken finger prints/photo (done bio)

12/23/2015 case status I-485 has changed on the USCIS website by receipt number (ready to be scheduled for an interview )

01/20/2015 I put service request for I-765

01/23/2015 The service request has been assigned to an officer for response and completed.

02/10/2015 EAD/AP was approved.

02/12/2015 USCIS EAD/AP CARD mailed me.(2/16updated on website )

I called USCIS this morning to see if they could give me an update but I was told the same thing. She also told me that they won't update the system with every step taken and that my local office (she asked where I lived) was still working on cases from APRIL 28, 2015!

Bummer. :huh:

Yes, they send a letter with the interview date and what documents you need to bring that day

My case hasnt updated online either since i November 16th!, even when i got the biometrics letter it never updated. I will just stop checking until the middle of January because frankly this is stressing me out lol!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

We don't have to check all time .

Got our RFE letter back in the mail. I'll be sending it back via Fedex today. Apparently we used an out of date 864 form. I didn't even realize they had expiration dates at the top and i saved these all over the summer when we were waiting for the interview!!

ugh - how annoying.

Sign up on the USCIS web page, they will send you to ur mail and/or phone a text when your case change. So that way you completely forget about your process and have some mental peace. You wont be checking everyday, evey hour. Keep in mind that not all the cases are updated with every single step, and also, even if you will hate it, for some people, they get the GC very fast, and for others, they get it in more than a year. That happen to a friend I met here, so, I kinda expect mine to take that long :crying: , If i got it sooner, it would be a nice surprise.

I know! I'm glad about that and also that our biometrics appointment isn't until Wednesday -- so hopefully we aren't delayed too much. Just want the EAD/AP asap!
