Every UK visa changes from Ready to AP before changing to Issued. It also changes from Immigrant to non-immigrant before issue.

Thanks for the link , were just wondering as to why one visa was issued and one is on ap, unless the site is slow to update. Maybe they only updated one since they are both together . Not sure

There have been instances where London did not update a status. It is unusual that the K2 is issued since it is dependent on the K1. I don't think there is a problem with the K1 if the K2 was issued. What date did it change to AP? I have seen Issued to happen on a normal case anywhere from two hours to four days. Perhaps there was some confusion or extra shuffling of papers with the computer outage. Maybe it got put in the rescheduled interview pile by mistake. Use the contact form and ask and mention K2.. Pick as reason "not covered on website". I think they tend to ignore "check on status". If it stays on AP 10 days, then maybe a security check holdup.

That's what we figured too, but found it weird one is issued and the main one is in ap, I'll keep an eye on it throughout the week

Both passports showed up today ? one envelope is creased but still in tact with no holes , I would assume that's ok cus is not opened or tampered with . Just a little bent from the shipping . Time to bring the girls home ???
