is there any additional instruction for k1 who undergo sputum test at POE/US?

hi i would like to know if theres any additional instruction for any k1 who pass the sputum test upon arrival to U.S. ? do i need to do sputum test again?

I'm not sure what you are asking but I will try and see if I can answer for you. Are you saying that you passed the sputum test from SLEC and once you arrive in the US will you have to repeat the tests? The answer to that is no you will not repeat the test unless it has been noted on your DS-3025, then there is a possibility that the County Health Care in the city that you settle in, here in the US will contact you for a follow-up exam. This is rare for this to happen.

There is nothing for you to do for any follow-up unless the County Health Care contacts you.

My mom did sputum test and culture when she did her medical, she immigrated last yr. when she got here, she received a call from the Public health nurse to follow up, she did another xray again and sputum test.. And the nurse suggested that she needs a primary doctor to do another physical exam and recommend a clinic which caters new immigrant without insurance and will only pay by sliding scale amount based on the household income.
