Hello Saylin,

You have been extremely helpful here I am sure you can answer my questions.

I filed a petition for my sister who lives in Pakistan in Jan 2003 and was approved in 2009 and have not received any papers from NVC when I checked the visa bulletin for September 2015 it says visas are available for F4 who has priority date January 15 2003.

I called NVC and the agent told me that this case is under CSPA review and I will be informed as and when it completes.

1- Who is the beneficiary of CSPA she has four children all unmarried and are of 24, 22, 20 and 13 years of age?

2- How long will it take to review the case? as one of her son will be of 21 in May 2015.

Thank you so much.
