Ok roger that, However.. I kinda have some difficulties on collecting our old chat messages on whatsapp and skype. Most of them were gone because I broke my phone and my laptop. Even I tried to retrieve it using my new phone and laptop I couldn't. .. I only have the ones from the day we are married until now. I guess I will just bring whatever we have.

Hi DWheels, I received my interview email today, as well as my P4 letter as well.

Just to clarify, any document listed in the table at the bottom of the P4 letter with an F next to it doesn't need to be brought to the interview, is that right?

Yes that's correct. It means they didn't ask for it. However any IV documents you sent copies the originals are to be presented at interview.

dwheels, I'm having my interview next Monday, Sept 21st, finally! Just noticed this website.. Besides the documents listed on my P4 letter, the letter itself, the DS260 confirmation and a copy of everything else I mailed them (just in case), do I need to do any additional stuff online?

Do I have to create an account/appointment in one of those websites?!

You mailed to them? Hmmm I don't know if you register did you check you r embassy website. Not all embassies use this.

I called NVC yesterday and found out my case was completed on September 8th and they scheduled my interview on October 5th ( if I heard it right.)!

Haven't received CC email or interview mail yet but I'm so excited!

Hey everyone got a case complete email 9th September this year, my interview date was confirmed on the 15th for 20th October. ive been reading the reviews and it looks like you are told that you are approved on the day?! Im sooo nervous and excited at the same time!

I have been hearing that there is a $160 visa fee that can be paid on-line...At what point does this get paid and how? Is there a link somewhere to pay this fee?

It's $165 its the green card production fee. You can pay before you leave or when you get here. You can pay once you receive your Passport/Visa back.

Hi guys,

Just need an opinion. In my interview letter they didn't ask for proof of relationship and as far as I can remember my husband didn't include any proof of relationship except for our photos when he submitted the AOS. I was thinking whether I should collect all of our emails, chat messages and call history and bring this to the interview as our proof of relationship or not. Please give me opinion to those who have more experience. All of ur suggestions and help are much appreciated. Xx

Well since you didn't submit anything I would have something handy. What does your embassy like to see? If you read your embassy reviews see what other s have done? You should be bringing updated chats, phone longs, pics evidence of trips during the process. This is a just in case.

Wow, 10 days and still no email! This is why people should keep calling NVC to find out when they have an interview. The sooner a person knows, the sooner they can get their medical scheduled.

I am not quite sure what are the docs that kl embassy would like to see. But I will try to read the reviews from the past applicants just like what you suggested and bring all updated messages or even call logs. Thank you dwheels may God bless you for everything you did.

dwheels, What is the latest about Ghana interviews for October? Any clue? I'm July 23 CC. I heard Ghana is scheduling for October

Haven't you seen the spreadsheet. There was alot of people scheduled yesterday. Looks like 7/7CC they have stopped so far. Lets see if they are down keep your eyes on the spreadsheet.

Hi guys,

So it's not good news. They are requesting more proof. I am confused and not sure how to proceed.

My mom is our joint sponsor and she is on ssdi so she was not required to file taxes in 2014. In our AOS we included a signed statement stating that..my husband is saying they are requesting her 2014 taxes and also telling him she did not make enough in 2014 to sponsor him...which is true..but we showed bank statements and a copy of the benefit letter from the social security administration showing she will make more than enough this year..I am not sure what more proof they need or want.. I thought that even if you did not make enough the previous year..if you could show the current years income was sufficient that was enough..any advice on what to do now?

I am so sorry. Many embassies require that your previous and current have to meet the guideline. And using SSDI is always iffy and some embassies won't even accept it.

What I would do is first email the embassy for better clarification and what they need from you the petitioner. Than next you call your congressman and or senator to get them involved.
