This is my suggestion. have just in case. But if not asked for don't offer might invite questions. They have I-864 and well just flow with it but keep aside never offer nothing you aren't asked for.

I was thinking that but seeing its just 2 weeks why mess up the apple cart and complicate things. You are almost done. So long as everything is cool no need. But if asked sure submit new forms. Like where does your husband work now you would have to mention the new place and say by the way he just started 2 weeks ago and we weren't sure if we needed to submit a new I-864 but here is one all done by my husband just in case.

Let me ask you did you ask "are you finish scheduling for October?" Or did you ask "Are you finish scheduling for Armenia for October?"

To get an answer out of USCIS and NVC you have to be very very specific. They could very well be done with this embassy or that and asking just are you done they may not know. But when you still see people schedule many times those are still empty slots and they still fill just all depends when they shut it down.

Sometimes they just have no clue what's going on. For example, an NVC rep told me early in Sept that it was too early for NVC to start scheduling ANYONE for October appointments yet, but meanwhile people here in VJ were happily posting that they were getting October interview appointments.

For Japan. I am sure they will move it up. Run don't walk to get your medical soon as you can they could tell you to come in next day. I have sen that happen. Congratulations. Almost done.

But unfortunately, my request for an earlier interview date was denied.

Even though my CEAC status is Ready, they told me that my case hasn't arrived at Tokyo.

I sent them another request but got denied again in 5 minutes with the same answer.

My guess is either they have been booked full until my interview date or even though my case is at Tokyo, they haven't been able to check it as we had consecutive holidays.

Just finished calling and still nothing scheduled. I don't know if my husband will make it in time for our daughter's birth now.

It has been almost 1 year that we are waiting , lots of K1 interview !!! why should they give them visa much sooner that us !! we are couple we got married !! they just decide to !!!

I hate this rule , they have to do something . go check interview data on their web site, see how many k1 interview they have scheduled and how many CR1 !!!!

Nope they stopped at 7/31 for October over a week ago.

K1's schedule them self. They have a calendar just like we do. The difference is they get to pick their own date. Why ask the embassy why more slots than IR1/CR1/ Just like they did for Jordan saying they are opening up October to IR1/CR1 with 100 more slots.

It's a different calendar and every embassy slots how many of each type they will do a day.
