Still waiting...we'll be in the process of naturalization if they wait until this time next year to process our file. haha

Planning ahead of the approval already.

We want to be able to move between countries if needed once we graduate university so naturalization just makes sense. Plus we're studying abroad in 2017 for 5+months and I don't want my husband to have issues when we return back to the US.

i have been lurking in this forum for a while. I just wanted to add my wife. She is a September filer also. We got our interview today and she got approved. Everything went very smooth, the officer just went over the papers we sent and took her green card and said she should get a new one within 2-3 weeks.

Is there a reason I was not able to create an account with USCIS??

Have you tried using the Case# on your Bio-metric notice! There are two case numbers on your bio letter, try using the one that is different from the one listed on your NOA! Let us know what happens!

05-17-2010 had wedding ceremony
05-23-2012 Got marriage certificate
08-08-2012 Sent to Chicago lockbox,CR1
08-16-2012 got text message and email.Keep waiting.No NOA1 hardcopy.So we called.
09-17-2012 about this time,got NOA1 hard copy.Priority day August 13th
04-01-2013 cool,NOA2 approved.We both very excited.

05-28-2013 After waiting for almost 2months,Just noticed The NOA2 is wrong.Called USCIS to correct it.

06-11-2013 NVC recieved

06-24-2013 GUZ casefile number assiged

06-25-2013 Pay AOS fee,DS-3032 OPTIN email sent

07-11-2013 OPTIN accepted,Got GZO number

07-15-2013 Got IV fee email

07-16-2013 Paid IV fee

07-19-2013 AOS set sent

07-22-2013 DS-230 IV set sent

08-10-2013 Checklist cover letter

08-13-2013 Sent back the correction AOS

I have the same problem. The # from NOA doesn't work, but the one from biometric is working. Hope you will be able to find your biometric form soon

Day 1 -7/23/2013. Package Delivered

Day 7- 7/29/2013- E confirmation received via email

Day 7 - 7/29/2013- Cheks Cashed

Day 10 8/1/2013- NOA Hard copies received

Day 18 8/9/2013- Got Biometric letter (appt date 8/23/2013)

Day 23 8/14/2013- RFE on I-864

Day 36 8/27/2013- RFE documents Sent

Day 37 8/28/2013 Successful Biometrics

Day 44 9/3/2013 USCIS receives the RFE and status changed to RFE review

Day 56 9/17/2013 I485 Online status changed to Testing and Interview

Day 66 9/27/2013 I485 Online status states Inteview date as 10/31/2013

Day 66 9/27/2013 EAD status changed to Card/Document Production

I can't find the biometric notice... At all. And nothing is working...

You can call USCIS customer service and request a copy of you bio notice be faxed to you (for your records) alternatively they should be able to tell you what your case numbers are! They might need you to identify your self with details such as A#, SSN, DOB, current address, etc!

Wow! Man that was quick. So how long did it take for the whole process from the time you sent your package? Could you give us some details?

I sent the package on 09/23/2015 received the notice for bio on October 3rd. She did the bio on 10/23/2015. Received interview notice after Christmas and went to the interview on 01/12/2016.

Everything went smooth at the interview. No real questions.

Total time little over 3 months. Just waiting for the Green card now.
