Are you still waiting for conditional green card to arrive after welcome notice?

Our interview was on 20th July. Then a couple of days later we received the welcome notice which states it will take 3 weeks to receive the conditional green card. Well, so far, nothing yet. Then I check other's time lines, it seems usually it only takes several days to receive the green card. Am I the only one right now who is waiting for almost 3 weeks? Or recently the process of card production is slowing down?

One more question, will our online statue update one more time when they actually produce the card? So far our online statue shows they mailed welcome notice.

Anyone? Any information is appreciated ;)

So you have already waited for 3 weeks. Where are you? Portland Oregon here.

I wouldn't have been so nervous at all if i didn't have a trip out of the country later. The interview officer told us if we don't get our card in 4 weeks, then info pass is necessary.

" It may also be possible to get a tracking number for the green card. Follow VJ member Darnell's advice:

"Call USCIS, get a human, ask for the TRACKING NUMBER on the green card. Yes, such a thing exists, and they will give it to you when asked. Then call USPS and inquire for status. In the end, if USPS sent it back to USCIS, you'll need to call USCIS again, talk with an ISO about 'returned mail pieces', go over your address again on the telephone, and ask to have all returned mail pieces sent back to you. I am in Oklahoma City. Since you were approved, you can get the stamp in your passport when you make the Infopass if you do not have your card soon so that you can travel.

Well wouldn't you know it, I was logging in to my USCIS account to get my receipt number for when I call them. And my status had change to card mailed!! Exactly 3 weeks after receiving the "card in production" email and 2 weeks since welcome notice received! Good gosh, after almost a year of waiting I will finally be done with USCIS for a while!

PDXDD, maybe you get your update at the 3 week mark as well! Fingers crossed for you.

^ This. I would say call again, it just depends on the person you get on the other side. It was like that when I called about my EAD delay. Got a different response every time, some did not even pretend to try and help.

I'm in the exact same situation, and I'm in PDX!

We actually interviewed in APRIL! and were approved but had to wait until husband's "permanent file" arrived and was reviewed. No help from congressperson, so on July 13 we had an infopass appointment and the next day it changed to "New card is being produced." July 15 it changes to "Welcome notice mailed," and nothing since then :( I've been doing the same thing, looking at other people's timelines and getting stressed out. It's been 11 months since we filed AOS and still no green card... siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh. We're really hoping to get it soon so my husband can take an extended trip back to see his family.

Once it's officially 3 weeks after getting the welcome notice, I'm gonna call USCIS.

I don't think calling will work. I am gonna make info pass if i don't get anything by the 4th week. I think by the time you may have to make another info pass. But hopefully we won't have to do that. For some reason PDX is always slow.

Our situations sounds so much alike! Also interviewed in April, got senator involved, finally status update on July 17th. Filed August last year. I hope you hear something soon, I understand your frustration!
