Still no updates on my case. Feeling really upset. Not sure when should I contact to speak a tier 2 officer. My driver's license will be expired in August and I have an international flight in September.

Congrats! Mine was filed a week later than yours. Still nothing. Did you call USCIS and get to talk to tier 2 officer?

Mine is a divorce waiver case.

Was expecting an approval, given other forum members' reports, but received an RFE (postmarked Vermont) because they need evidence of tax return submission and some more bank statements. I should be able to manage. I did include online tax return submission and acceptance acknowledgments but perhaps they missed it since I didn't list it separately in the list of enclosures.

So I called USCIS and yesterday. Asked to speak to a tier 2 office and scheduled a call back. The girl I talked to was very nice. A male officer called back while I was driving home. He said my case is still pending and he'll send a service request and I'll get a mail after two weeks. I asked what can I expect from the mail. He said that I'll be able to know how long to wait before my case gets approved. I also asked what should I do if I still don't receive approval shortly before my extension letter expires in August. He said I'll need to go to the local USCIS office and get a temporary green card or another extension. Hope I'll hear good news soon.

We spoke to a Tier 2 officer the other day, as well. He put in another Service Request for my husband and basically stated the same thing and said to be more patient. I explained that we had been unnecessarily harassed when we came back from overseas, despite 3 of the several officers concurring that we had the proper documents. His only response to that was "Re-entry is up to the CBP officers. Just have all of your documents in order and there won't be an issue." Oy! My husband will be applying for Citizenship in several months. I think we are one of the only ones left from the August CA filers. One of my friends is still stuck there too, from last June,...

We filed ROC at the end of July 2015 (first NOA was 8/3), and still no word. Houbi's biometric was also in August 2015. We spoke yo a Tier 2 about 3 weeks ago and received the update letter last week saying that if we don't hear something by mid-August we can call back. By then we'll have applied for citizenship... This is ridiculous!
