I called again today and got a nice person on the line. Informed me to give the site another week and she also gave me an email address to send my choice of agent, also told me of the alternate payment method and sending my packets. I might give it a week then send them all in at once.

Thanks, that's somehow good news. So its gonna be like a letter format when you email the choice of agent info, no need for any type of form? May we ask what email address? She didnt tell me any letter formats just to add case number and beneficiary as the subject, choice of agent and contact details as body. She was giving me different email addresses and she said its based of the 1st 3 letters of the case number. I think you should call to get the correct one.

Just to be safe , call again and double check about that info as i have asked about it and you can do it as long as you include the case number or the welcome letter , but the drawbacks of this alternative way is the process time that ll takes them to put into the system.

Note : you can send your AOS & IV Packages even though you have not neither chosen the agent nor pay the AOS fee as long as you include the welcome letter on the top of them , However its a better to be safe and wait till do that process online then to be sorry for the delay

Yeah you have a point there. It will still gonna end up stuck. We really need some.help from senators, congressmen and governors perhaps. That's our best hope.

Just called them couple min ago , most likely this issue will be fixed next week according to the agent i talked with , if you still experiencing this issue just try next week and again its most likely not 100%
