Congrats to those that have CC's today!

What are NVC hours as far as them doing our documents and closing cases? Like at what point of the night can we feel like "okay tomorrows a new day, no hope for today." ? I am fixated on this reload button 24/7 :( I need a life, i know. This is my life at the moment! Anyone know at what time they stop reviewing documents and go home? lol

I was under the impression it's 5:00pm eastern time but it doesn't look like that's the case... I know the call center is open until midnight, but I didn't think the staff were cross-trained.

Ok, I sent all the documents they asked me in the checklist. I just called NVC and they recieved my mail. So my new scan date is today 03/24/15. They told me I have to wait for another 60days.it sucks

I'm done trying to guess how they organise themselves now. There just seems to be no way of predicting it. They probably just throw darts at the mounds of paperwork and process whichever case it lands on.

Can someone please explain what are three N/A?

If you have "N/A" listed under your AOS fee on the CEAC website, it's an indication of a case complete.

I just spoke with someone at the NVC tonight. The voice menu has changed a little. In addition, the woman helping me was very polite and said that they are also working to reduce wait times for everyone.

FINALLY.... We have an interview date!! I just got off the phone with NVC just to see if they scheduled one and "Jake" said "perfect timing, we just scheduled it today"

MONDAY, MAY 18th @ 7:30 am --- now I can start to plan and know how much time I have left to get everything organized.

Good luck to the rest of you and ariani if you would be so kind to update the spreadsheet with this info, and thank you for your diligence and willingness to keep us all straight!

Hopefully this is the case for everyone!!

I too noticed the menu changed. Wish they'd spend more time on CC rather than changing the menu LOL

And "Jake" was very nice :)
