MOSCOW -- On Russian President Vladimir Putin's request, the upper house of Russia's parliament on Wednesday canceled a resolution allowing the use of military force in Ukraine.

The vote comes a day after Putin asked lawmakers to rescind his earlier request for using troops in Ukraine. He said that his move is intended to help support peace process in Ukraine, which began a weeklong cease-fire Friday.

They're already there. Why did he need permission?

Since they closed the beaches in Ankara, the Ukraine became the premier destination for Russian mercenaries!

The only Russian military types that are already there are those that are vacationing. That is if one wants to believe the Kremlin's propaganda machinery.

The Ankara Beach bar is still a popular hang out for former VJ posters!

Must be since the condo in Donetsk probably isn't quite as nice as it once reportedly was.

The walk to the beach can be a real bytch though.

The bridge has collapsed. A tanker car, no less, is hanging precariously with nothing to support its weight.

Yet, the road is open and people are stupid enough to drive under it!?!?!?

True but there are some infrastructure problems that Putin's boys are causing there.
