Hi Everyone,

I am a bit confused on that is the next step after paying AOS $120 fee online. The status shows paid on the site.

Now do I need to fill in any forms ?

or

Wait for the IV fee payment to show up and then proceed with the application.

Appreciate any clarification guys.

Thanks.

The next step would be sending off your AOS packet and IV packet . You can send both off without paying your IV fee because it usually takes a while for the IV fee to be invoiced . Both packets should be sent in the same envelope and you can use your AOS document cover sheet for both. That is found on the bottom of your AOS fee . Once your IV fee is invoiced you would pay that and then fill out the DS 260

Are you sure mate that I should go directly to step 6 (NVC wiki) instead of waiting to pay the IV fee ?

How long do you think it takes for IV fee to be invoiced ?

I'm 200% postive ! Even if you call NVC they will tell you to send your documents because it's all about scan dates with the 60 day wait time . It takes anywhere from a week to a month for the IV fee to be inviced and you could already started your 60 days of waiting by then . But if you want to wait feel free you can no pressure . And also you can try what a few of us have tried, call nvc and tell them

Your AOS shows paid and you filled out the DS 261 and want to know when your IV fee will be invoiced and if you get a nice one they will do it for you over the phone and then your IV fee can take 24 hours to a couple

Days to show :)

for the IV package if I prepare now, isn't there any cover sheet for IV which I will need to attach ? As I am sending the IV package prior of paying my IV fee ?
