This is nerve wracking. Up to yesterday I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. BigO's prediction for me was pretty on point.

Just spoke to NVC and for those people with CC in November odds are you will have interviews scheduled within the month of December. According to the rep, they are wrapping up interview dates for Dec right and have not started scheduling for January. It all depends, of course, embassy availability dates

That's a wonderful holiday gift, home for Xmas ;) in hoping to get a cc next week and praying for a January interview.. :)

Hello All,

Is this thread applicable for people who will now send their documents to NVC?

I am about to send my docs in few days and expecting a scan date near November end.

Anybody with similar dates here?

CASE COMPLETE!!!!!

Called NVC & they confirmed we got case complete as of Nov. 18th (No interview scheduled yet). I checked last night like 11pm PST and status online still said PAID. But this morning around 4am status said N/A.

Thank you to VJ community for all your support and advise. Thank you Saylin for taking the time to update and have your wiki available for everyone going thru this!

Good luck for everyone else waiting for CC....will continue to pray for everyone!!

Last scan date 18th sep. NVC says that I should get an email by end of this week. Don't know what's going on.

I think NVC is reviewing your docs & thats why they told you to get an email the end of this week. Good luck my friend!!

NVC FINALLY GOT OUR CASE TODAAAAY

Hi I had been following you since May tread because we have almost the same days you got approved on Oct. 27 and I got approved the 28. I saw that you posted yesterday that NVC received your case I will definitely call today to see if they received mine, hopefully NVC won’t take long to assign a case number I have seen people waiting almost like another month.

I saw someone said 3 n/a...is it shown in the ds261 option???

That would never change! The ds261 IV and AOS section will always said n/a the change happen on the fee page where you make the payments for the AOS and IV ... It will most likely go from paid to n/a when you get a cc.. But that's not always the case cause some people had gotten cc and the fee never change to n/a
