Thanks Samreen. Your CC is around the corner I know you have been stuck with USCIS and NVC since June 2013. It's just not right. Thank you for your help as well for answering couple of questions with DS 260 and answering police clearance certificate question. I don't know if you still remember :)

Thank you all and wish you all good luck. I just realize that on the other NVC thread there are couple of individuals who had a big problem with my CC. I think from now on I am just sticking with this thread where there are lot of compassionate and friendly people compare to the other one.

Thank you all again and praying for all you waiting to get CC asap.

Is it because their scan dates are earlier than yours and they're still waiting for a CC? Oh, well.

Thanks Austin. yes, there were couple of individuals who have late August scan dates and made a big deal out of it how unfair it is. They also wrote on hold with NVC and will ask to speak with supervisor.

They never realize that they should let NVC do their work and calm down instead of calling them everyday. I only called NVC three times. Firs time I called for case number, Second time I called them after sending my IV package to figure out my scan dates for AOS package and IV package and third time today when AOS fee changed to N/A to be sure that it is indeed a case complete. Anyways I am sticking with this thread from now on so its all good :)

Congratulations sweetie.

Thank you :)

QUESTION RE IV PACKAGE:

I was looking through the Document Cover Sheet they provided (this is not the Bar-Coded Sheet), and noticed that it says to put the docs in the order they have them. So for me, first comes Birth Certificate and then Marriage Certificate, and then at the bottom it says to include Translations.

Does this mean that any translations (I am including for Marriage & Birth Certificate) should not be attached to the certified birth certificate and marriage certificate right? The translations should be placed on their own after the photographs right?

I'm just scared that they will see the certificates, assume there are no translations and give me a checklist. Anyone who has had to use this document cover sheet, can you enlighten me? Thanks!!

Thanks Austin. yes, there were couple of individuals who have late August scan dates and made a big deal out of it how unfair it is. They also wrote on hold with NVC and will ask to speak with supervisor.

Maybe they didn't learn anything at the USCIS stage. Nothing in this immigration process is fair!:rofl::rofl:

NVC is super disorganized so they often process cases randomly!

You can come to the Interview thread as well. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/516586-november-2014-interviews/
