Crappp that means I am screwed :ranting::cry: haha. I just talked to a tier 2 officer ..guess what their system is down ..wonderful!!!! He seemed very angry that I called even after that stupid response what an a@@ h@ole. Then I read the email response to him and he said the officer might have made mistake and that I should wait it out until the system is up again and talk with another officer. He also added that NVC might have received it and due to back log of cases they forgot to upload it into the system..what a load of #######!!! I am so angry wanna :bonk: him.

You know, that sounds like it makes sense.

I got an UCICS e-mail response also. They wont give any information because I'm A beneficiary so I'm waiting for my fiancé have his vacation on next week so he will get to call them all of that week. I will keep updating for you guys

Are you the USC or the beneficiary? Because as previously noted, USCIS will only talk to the petitioner, not the beneficiary.

When you call, if the Tier 1 agent tries to put you off, stress to him or her that your NOA-2 expires in a month and you must have your case escalated by a Tier 2 Immigration Officer.

yeah. since the f word will be edited, i'm going to say USCIS IS A BUNCH OF ####. I wonder if they look for "BS artist" on resumes since that's basically what they're filled with. This week has been complete sh-t week but there have been two positives:

1. Finding out NVC has one woman named Jess (not Jenn, whoops) who handles nvcresearch@state.gov. One person. That is just craziness. No wonder they're so slooooow. Ok, so that's not a positive, but it's pretty funny to me for some reason. It just symbolizes how messed up this whole thing is.

2. Knowing I can say #### on this and not have it be bleeped out.

*This post has been aided by some bourbon and beer. Unlike a couple of you, I tend to avoid vodka since has tendency to give me one heck of a headache the next day.

edit: lol, I guess motherfucking works but not the noun. Fantastic.

Thanks. I just typed up an e-mail but will sleep on it and send it in the morning. This is what I've written:

While I appreciate receiving a reply, it is so vague that it is not very useful. Who has requested my file? And 10 days for receipt at CSC? Or NVC? Or where?

It is in response to this vague BS:

The file has been requested; allow 10 days for receipt.

When I look at my case on USCIS website I am getting a tad confused. They put in service request November 28 as it had been 45 days since NOA2 and case hadn't reaches NVC. But all it says is an expedite request was places November 28th and decision mailed December 2nd. I didn't ask for an expedite. I just wanted my case sent to NVC. What the heck? Guess I'll be waiting until I get the mail to find out if anything was done.

Forgive me for being harsh. Don't get your hopes up.

The CSC email responses are quite fast (CSC-NCSC-FollowUp@uscis.dhs.gov and SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov). But two different answers I dont know whose response to believe. This one (SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov) replied to my complaint within 10 hours.

The I-129 F Petition was recently forwarded to the National Visa Center, November 28, 2014; allow 30 days for National Visa Center to have the petition on their system.

Thanks,

Officer McClellan

I dont believe in this response. First they say it was sent to National records center now overnight they change the words to National visa center??? Just so that I dont bug them with calls and emails?? NONSENSE!

I got a response from Officer McClellan too. He's the one who gave me my vague answer of my file having been requested.
