Hey all!

After spending a couple weeks working on our packet, I think I'm finally ready to send it tomorrow. I've been driving myself nuts about it, trying to think of anything else I could possibly add but I just don't think I have anything else that could be considered primary evidence. I'm especially worried that it may not be easily apparent that we were in the same place at the same time, despite passport stamps and photos together. Here is what is in my packet:

  • Personal check for $340
  • Cover letter with table of contents
  • Form G-1145
  • Form I-129F
  • Supplement explaining how we met and a summary of our trips to see each other, including specific dates and cities we visited together (I've included receipts from transactions in these cities)
  • My G-325A form and passport style photo
  • My fiance's G-325A form and passport style photo (with his signature in ink)
  • Scan of all pages in my passport
  • Written statements of intent to marry from both of us (with signatures in ink)
  • Proof of relationship
  1. Copy of receipt for my engagement and wedding rings
  2. Flight itineraries from almost every trip either of us has taken to see each other
  3. An invoice from AAA for travel insurance purchased for one of my trips
  4. Scan of boarding passes from my trip home from my most recent visit (showing I left from my fiance's home country)
  5. Scan of receipts of transactions made during a trip to see him with screenshots of my online bank statement showing said transactions
  6. Scan of my fiance's bio page in passport, along with his work visa from his summer internship in Canada, along with passport stamps (including his visits to the US and then coming into the US every weekend while he was in Canada)
  7. Scan of my bio page in passport, along with student visa (proving that we met while I was in his country) and passport stamps showing my trips to see him (including going to Canada)
  8. Five pictures of us together with our names and the date and location of picture written on the back
  9. Screenshots of Facebook/Skype conversations spread out over the past two years

I have everything grouped together with small binder clips, and the whole package is attached using one large binder clip.

I think I have everything correct on the forms, although I am concerned I left something blank where I was supposed to write "none" or vise versa. I'm not sure how strict they are on that.

I just want to make sure I have enough proof that we have met. I'm neurotic and just wanted some feedback to see if there was anything I could add. Oh how I wish I could go back in time and save all those boarding passes...

It seems like you got everything covered! Plenty of proof there! Was intent to marry dated too?

I don't think you should worry about leaving something blank and writing none or N/A in other spots - both our G-325A forms were like that, including the I-129f, we didn't get a RFE.

The waiting game starts now so try to be patient and keep yourself busy. It's a long and tiring process but sooooo worth the wait and sacrifices :)

Wish you all the best on your journey!
