Hi VJ's noticed there is no such thread. Well my priority date is July 14 and my hushand got a text and email for the i797 notice ***WAC.

Our case is has transferred to California.

Please I'll like others who fall under this category to contribute.

Hello Thanks god i Finally found a f2 a july filer !!!!! Sent I 130 23 th july received 24th july /NOA -1 I 797 8th august/ priority date 24th july, transfert California service receipt number WAC.. .

So now how long it takes to get NOA2, USCIS CSC processing time show 5 months but it does work for all I130 or just for IR1/CR1???

You are welcome dear. Presently CSC processing time is taking 5 months and it's applicable to F2a.

Ok since we are in the same case I will you know once we can t any answer from uscis... Can t wait!!!! My husband came yesterday for 2 weeks so it Doesn't t matter "to wait for now" I can cool down ... Lol

If someone still can help me,I am confuse as spouse of LPR do we have to look after the cut off date on the visa bulletin and wait priority date ??

Hi Lera66, my priority date is June2014.. Still under initial review on the USCIS website. You will need to wait Til your priority date becomes current for the NVC, even if you get through the I-130 process..?

If you look at the immigration time lines you will see that no one on VJ with PD after April 2014 at CSC got their noa2 as yet. Guess they paused their 'speedy processing' after the June retro.

If the oct vb is as promising as we hope, we should all get our noa 2 within the 5 month limit.

Hey CMBx3, we have the exact same PD! Hoping that we could hear something within this month. CSC is showing 5 months processing time, so we are technically still in their scope.
