You need to call the USCIS and put in a service request, I would suggest writing your 2 state Senators at this point too.

I am pretty sure the TSC has moved up to December filers by now, you should have been approved. Has your petitioner been checking the mail? Sometimes they send NOA2 approval notices out and do not update the case electronically online.

Really? Some people have waited 9 to 11 months for a response. Instead of contacting a senator or representative, why not file an e-request online at the uscis site? Or give them a call and file a service request? Or put in an expedite request online.
