I'm starting to think the baby has an upper lip tie, he fusses sometimes. I had him check for a tongue tie but not his lip. I lifted his lip and I see what I think is a tie. I think when I take the oldest to the dentist tomorrow I will ask if the ped dentist checks for lip ties.

It's a membrane attached between the gums and upper lip. Nothing to worry about. Hope he doesn't have it.
