Hi,

I just wanted to share you the good news that I received from USCIS. We are currently processing the K3 visa. My husband submitted the documents @ USCIS just last March 21. We got the Receipt Notice last March 27 by email. He received the copy of NOA1 on April 1, then sent the I-129f packet on April 2. Today, I checked the status of our I-130 and this is what I saw. Thank you Lord :-) :-) :-)

On April 10, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Congratulations on such a fast approval. But you are on the CR1/IR1 path. To be on the K3 path your I-129F has to be approved and move along to NVC than embassy. But hey approved in less than 30 days goodness you are blessed.

Wow! Congrats in deed. Now that is the approval time I am believing God for.

My husband sent our I-130 on April 2, to the Chicago Lock box, and he received NOA 1 on April 8. It would a wonderful feeling to have our petition approved in less than the stated "5-month" processing time.

Did you file from abroad? Anyway, forget about the K3 and focus on what comes next for the CR1 or IR1 visa. Your I-130 was approved before the I-129F caught up with it, so the I-129F cannot now be approved. The K3 path is close. Follow the immigrant visa guide and get ready for the NVC stage of the process?

Note: If you filed this petition directly with the USCIS office at the US Embassy in Manila, NVC will not be involved. Please clarify.
