Will start the paper work for a IR-1 immediate relative VISA's for my spouse & stepson with the I-130's for each.

Do I need to duplicate all the paperwork, ie; Copy of Petitioners Passport [ALL pages], etc; for each I-130 as separate packages with separate checks of payment?

Is this a cover letter I plan to use complete?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that in Manila you have to make an appointment and file in person.

I was considering mailing the packet myself, since were all the way down here in Mindanao, but the email I got from the embassy said to make an appointment to file, no option of filing via mail.

I have my petition interview in two days. This case raises a question that applies to me as well. I have applied for my wife and filled out a 130 for her & listed her daughter has a second person. I understood that would take care of all 130 requirements for her & her daughter. I see the instruction sheet for the 130 states that a separate 130 is required for each beneficiary. this man's cover letter - like mine does fails to mention a 130 for the stepchild. I have 2 questions. If a person who files for a stepchild at the same time that they file for their spouse have to file a sseparate 130 for the stepchild ? My second question is do you pay a fee of $420 or 840 if separate forms are required? Time is a serious issue - please help! Ghana DC Case.

My wife sent a simple email to the Consulate in Accra stating I had completed the 130, 1145 & our 835s and I wanted to know what to do next. They replied with the expected "he must be a permanent resident for six months" AND the unexpected invitation to file my petition today and the time to come. Really nice!
