Did you send by snail mail aka USPS? If so even with priority mail it can take them up to a week to deliver something and then it takes USCIS an additional week or two to process your application to get it into the system.

Did you include Delivery confirmation/ tracking ? That would prove if your package was actually delivered! Either way just be patient you will get an update soon! Good luck to you :)

If you got it sent with delivery confirmation you should be able to track it on the USPS web site and at least know it's been delivered. For anyone who has not sent theirs yet then this is definately the way to go. The bloke at the post office told me if you are sending stuff to these people (USCIS) then this is what you want to do.

It can take up to thirty days to receive receipt notifications from USCIS.

If you mailed at least via USPS Priority, it should have arrived within 3 days with tracking number. Within a couple of days after that, if you filed Form G-1145 with your application/s, USCIS would give you electronic notice of actions. I say within a couple days, but really, it is usually on the day that they actually ship out your paper NOAs. Regardless to taking these steps, your check being cashed is usually the first indicater that they received your case. This happens in the "Acceptance" phase according to them, and acceptance only take a couple of days from receiving your package. I don't find it common for them to cash checks 2 weeks or more after receiving the application. I hope you do have some trail to track your package with. The fact that your check hasn't been cashed yet is what concerns me. However, you haven't replied yet so we don't know what method you used to send the package. If you sent it First Class, then yeah, I can see it taking this long to be received and cashed.
