March 2014 filler, still waiting :clock:

Filled out and mailed all the paperwork for the EAD yesterday which expires in May, but really hope to get my green card before that. The reply to my last service request said that my case is in NBC pending adjudication and they cannot provide me an estimate date of its completion. Let's all hope for the best from USCIS :star:

Fingers crossed for you. March wow... nearly a year!! I feel for you, just unbelievable you can't be given a date for completion. I don't understand it, some people even with waiver letters are getting approved before you. It just makes no sense at all!!

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

Thank you, Shell. It gets really depressing at times, but I am trying not to lose hope. At least EAD gives me an option to work and travel, but a GC would definitely make my life easier :) I read somewhere that you can only fill out requests once a month, so I will wait 2 more weeks and do another one

AOS Timeline

NOA - March 18, 2014

EAD - May 21, 2014

NPIW - June 27th

GC approved - March 20, 2015

EAD renewal

NOA - February 9, 2015

Biometrics - March 5, 2015

Terminated - March 25, 2015 (Case was terminated due to GC approval)

Hopefully you wont need to wait 2 weeks, hopefully someone, somewhere in the USCIS, has a heart and will see that you have been waiting patiently for such a long time. I will say a prayer tonight for all of you that have been waiting so long.. too long!

Called USCIS yesterday and spoke with Tier2 nothing else they can tell me but my case and K2's cases are all in Los Angeles Field office. Asked me to wait 90 days from the last response before I can do another inquiry....Almost a year since filing..I am really hoping that soon we will all get our GC's.

If your letter came from the Florida office that is in fact very good news. They would have sent it to the Pittsburgh office if they required an interview. I can tell you this, if it is in fact at the Florida office, an InfoPass to the Pittsburgh office will be an asolute waste of time. They will be able to tell you as much as Tier 2. I have a question. When you call the National call number an enter your MSC #, where does it say your case is? (you can tell I did not go to Harvard, I ended a sentence with is)...Does it say the Missouri service center or Florida field office? (Well maybe 2 questions). I curious whether this message changes when a case is transferred.

This also tells us that yes they are working on NPIW cases by their Receipt/NOA1 dates and not the letter date. That is for the most part.

Yes, its at the National Benefits Center according to the Interactive system on their phone when i keyed in the receipt number. The letter was addressed from the USCIS office in FL

we don't know our fate even at this moment, so what this 'very good news'? we could as well be waiting on a GC for heaven knows how long.

25 March '14 filer here too, still waiting. We last heard from them back in June with a 'potential interview waiver case' letter that advised they were 'experiencing delays unrelated to our case'.

My EAD expires in June so I sent to renew that last week... except I realised today that I COMPLETELY forgot about my I-131. I was so worried about losing my job if my EAD expired that I completely forgot about travel. Not I'm not too sure where I should send a separate application for my I-131, or whether I should just risk it and hope that my Green Card comes before June (and I don't need to make any emergency trips back in the meantime).

I am sorry to hear that after almost a year waiting you received a RFE :(

Since you are submitting 3 applications: yourself and children, you should reply to all 3 emails with copies of your marriage certificate in each.

I hope it won't be a long wait before you hear back from them. Just curious, does your status on uscis website still say: fingerprints received, or it changed after you received the letter?
